Common questions

How do I connect my X or Bluesky account?

Go to Settings → Social Accounts and click 'Connect'. You'll be redirected to authorize Devflair. Devflair only requests the minimum permissions needed to post on your behalf.

How do I use my own AI API key?

Go to Settings → AI Keys and paste your key. Keys are encrypted with AES-256 before storage. Your BYOK key takes priority over the platform key.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — we offer a 7-day refund on your first paid subscription. Email hello@shyguy.studio within 7 days of your first charge.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and click 'Cancel plan'. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

My post failed to publish — what happened?

Check Settings → Social Accounts to confirm your account is still connected. X and Bluesky OAuth tokens can expire. Reconnecting usually resolves it. If the issue persists, email us with the post date and we'll investigate.
